All deliverables are checked for code compliance through a thorough internal review process. Each report is reviewed by a Lead Inspector, Project Manager, and Technical Director before being sent to the client. Our inspectors are qualified and experienced to handle any inspection typically required on building renovation projects. We cover all Special Inspections listed in Chapter 17 and Appendix A of 1 RCNY 101-06, as well as those required under other codes. Many of our inspectors are cross-trained, allowing them to perform multiple types of inspections. This helps us maximize their skills and reduce costs for our clients. For example, our mechanical inspectors are also certified in energy, plumbing, sprinklers, and fire/life safety—so instead of sending four inspectors, we can send one and pass the savings on to you.
