60,000 SF renovation of 6 floors in commercial retail building and offices, including removal and replacement of access stairs, and large slab infills throughout a large hollow area in the center of the structure. Work included general construction, plumbing, sprinkler and mechanical work. Building contains multiple renovations over its long history, resulting in construction mixed with various types of supports, including wood and cast-iron columns.
