50,000 SF building renovated to accommodate a large tenant, Burlington Coat Factory, and other smaller tenants. Project involved installation of structural reinforcement, and installation of new elevators, escalators, and staircases. Additional floor area created with structural steel framing and slab-on-metal-decking construction. Work included general construction, plumbing, sprinkler and mechanical work.
